FBK HUB LLC ("FBK") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have. It applies to FBK Sports and other FBK ecosystem services.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, password (encrypted) and role.
• Identity: document and data checked against official/state sources to verify people and organizations.
• Sports: athlete data (including minors, with guardian consent), attendance, call-ups and performance.
• Payment: card data is processed by certified payment gateways; FBK does not store full card numbers.
• Technical: usage and device logs for security and service improvement.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, verify identity, process payments, send notices (call-ups, reminders) and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Minors' data

Minors' data is processed only with the consent of a parent or guardian and with the safeguards of applicable data-protection law.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to operate (payment gateways, identity verification, email/hosting) under confidentiality agreements, and when required by law. Within the ecosystem, you decide what is shared across platforms.

5. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, per-organization access control). We retain data while the account exists or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, update or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].
