Subscriptions

FBK Sports subscriptions are billed in advance per monthly period. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the period already paid. As a general rule we do not refund partial periods, except as noted below or as required by applicable law.

Refund requests

If there was a duplicate charge or a billing error, email us within 30 days at [email protected] with the details and we will review it. If applicable, we refund to the original payment method.

Payments between families and clubs

Tuition payments families make to a club/academy through the platform are transactions between those parties. Refund requests for those payments are handled by the club under its own terms; FBK can assist with the technical refund through the payment gateway.
