These Terms govern the use of FBK Sports and other services operated by FBK HUB LLC ("FBK", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

FBK Sports is a cloud software (SaaS) for sports clubs and academies: athlete management, digital ID cards, attendance, rankings, online tuition collection and a family app. We may add, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity under your account. Organizations (clubs/academies) only access data belonging to their own members.

3. Plans, payments and fees

The service is offered as a monthly subscription based on the chosen plan (including a free tier). A fee applies to payments families make online through the platform, disclosed before each charge. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the corresponding party under the law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes third-party rights, or attempt to breach platform security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Personal data

Processing of personal data — including minors' data — is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBK is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See also our Refund Policy.
